TERMINATION OF EPAY

Effective May 31, 2008, we have terminated our contract with Payment Service Network (Epay). Until then you can still pay by phone and online as you have done in the past by calling 877-390-7368 or by logging online to http://www.paymentservicenetwork.com.

As always, you will receive a rent bill on or about the 25th of every month. It will include a return envelope. If you do not receive a rent bill, your rent is still due and you are still responsible for paying your rent! Please remember that rent is due on the first day of each month. There will be a five (5) day grace period. You must pay a late charge of $50.00 for any payment that is made after the 5th day of the month. This late charge is payable as rent and is due with the monthly rent payment and applies if all or any part of the monthly rent payment is late.
